If a video fails

If we can’t deliver your video (the model rejects the request, the generation errors out, or it doesn’t finish within 3 hours), all credits used for that attempt go back to your account automatically. Timeouts are checked automatically every five minutes, even after you close the page. You don’t need to contact us.

One free retry with every purchase

Every purchase includes one free retry. If a finished video doesn’t turn out the way you wanted, choose “Didn’t turn out right? Try again for free” under the video or in My videos. The credits that video used go back to your balance right away, so you can make it again with the same photo or a new one. Each video can be retried once, and unused retries don’t expire.

If the video doesn’t come out right

Each finished video uses 1 credit at 480p or 3 credits at 720p HD. Each AI video is a unique take, with natural variation in likeness, hands and timing. You can use your available free retry to try another take; these normal variations do not qualify for an additional credit return.

We will return all credits used if a finished video has a clear defect, for example:

• the freestyler doesn’t come from your photo at all
• a performer is missing, duplicated or cut out of the frame
• the file is broken or much shorter than 15 seconds

Email support@bulin47trend.com within 7 days from the address you signed in with, and tell us when you made the video. We review every request and usually reply within 2 business days.

Money refunds

Returned credits stay in your account for another video; they aren’t refunded to your card. For a duplicate charge, email us from the address you bought with and include your Stripe receipt. To request a refund for an unused pack, contact us within 14 days of purchase; none of that pack’s credits may have been used when you submit the request. After a refund succeeds, the corresponding credits are removed; a full pack refund also removes its included free retry. Partial refunds remove whole credits in proportion to the total refunded amount, rounded down. If refunded credits or retries have already been used, the shortfall is offset against future credits or retries. If the refund later fails, that adjustment is reversed.

Any rights you have under local consumer law still apply.
